Sensory and Nervous System Coaching
For Adults
We are all sensory processing beings. We take in information from the world, both inside and outside of us, process this information to make sense of it, and then create a response. This is an inherent part of being a living organism. But what if specific sensory systems are struggling to make sense of certain inputs - either responding “too much” or “too little” to inputs?
Likewise, our autonomic nervous system exists to protect us and keep us safe - helping us to move towards or away from situations, inputs, people based on a felt sense of safety. But what if our nervous system is perceiving threat or lack of safety all the time?
Our sensory systems and autonomic nervous system function together in the gathering of and responding to information.

"Jackie is an incredible coach. I am so grateful to have come across her online and can’t recommend her highly enough. She is present and kind while challenging me in ways that invite me into growth and transformation. Her understanding of polyvagal theory and the body systems combined with her insight into the systems and constructs that we all live within has opened completely new and empowering ways for me to view and experience myself, others, and the world. She has this incredible ability to normalize and ground my lived (and often confusing to me) experience in theory, resulting in everything making sense in a deeper way.
I initially engaged her for coaching around learning to better manage my sensory processing issues and to understand how to calm my body when I am having chronic illness and autoimmune health-flares. We continue to work on that successfully, but each session with her also brings me to a greater understanding of myself, my own system, and what is currently tolerable/not tolerable for my system. She then invites me into broadening that window of tolerance so I can be more present and embodied. What I love the most in my work with her is how she has taught me to turn my glimmers into glows, which in turn allows me to experience more gratitude and joy."
