About
Wonder Land OT & Wellness is proud to offer individualized and unique community-based pediatric and adult occupational therapy and wellness services.
For Children
For children, we offer a unique approach to occupational therapy (OT) in-home and in-nature, using a nervous-system, neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered, and play-based approach. Our approach grew out of a deep recognition that many OT offerings in the healthcare system are ineffective, and we hope this website offers a beginning orientation to how we think about OT differently. We also offer add-on listening therapies (such as the Safe and Sound Protocol) for deeper nervous system support.

For Families
We provide wrap-around support for families, offering our OT parent integration sessions, sibling sessions, and parent coaching, as collaborative aides for the flourishing of families of all kinds. We also love working with the greater family system, often collaborating with grandparents and caregivers to best support the children in their lives.

For Adults
For adults, our approach and values are similar, but age-tailored and deepening the educational portion of our work. We offer OT, as well as sensory and nervous system coaching, to adults both in-person and virtually. We also offer add-on listening therapies (such as the Safe and Sound Protocol) for deeper nervous system support.

About Jackie | MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist & Coach
Jackie brings a breath and depth of professional and life experience to this work. She is a registered occupational therapist specializing in sensory processing, child development, therapeutic play, interpersonal neurobiology, and the autonomic nervous system.
She received an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University of California and a B.S. Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a lifelong learner, always seeking additional certifications and integrating the growing edge of effective practices.
Jackie’s approach is also grounded in the personal: she is the mother of two young adults and long-time resident of Marin, California. Jackie has been a mother nearly her whole adult life and continues to learn and stumble and grow alongside her children. Jackie has also worked to re-parent those parts of herself that were not met with attunement in her youth. She is an avid gardener, roller-skater, and adventurer who is enchanted with life!
As someone who has a highly-sensitive nervous system, and who has worked through a trauma background herself, Jackie is able to meet you in the depths of your experience without judgement, helping you find your own path to meeting life wholeheartedly. She believes in the power of connection — to one another and ourselves — and to the earth itself.

We Believe
01
All children have unique gifts and abilities, and we want to help them discover and embrace those gifts in unique ways. We trust children’s own innate sense of knowing what best meets their needs.
03
Nervous system approaches can support adults to expand their capacity, allowing them to be in the world in new ways.
02
Parents and loving grownups are children's best teachers. We strive to empower parents in their own growth by helping identify, explore and support new and creative ways to support each child. We believe that the parenting journeys are some of the most meaningful journeys.
04
In the power of connection to ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
