Jackie has been such an incredible light and resource for our family. We have a 3 year old who has been actively engaged with her OT program for the last several months and we are seeing incredible results. Even more importantly, Jackie has provided insightful, powerful coaching sessions along our journey to truly encourage us in the day to day struggles of parenting a challenging child. She has offered actionable ideas that impact our every day routine in a positive way. Above all, she has made me feel seen as a mother in the most powerful way and makes me feel supported/heard in the most challenging and rewarding role of my life. Her support and value is immeasurable and I truly count her as one of the key players in our village of raising our child.

Our three year old had been working with Jackie for the last six months and counts down to his time with her. Their bond is so sweet and he truly trusts her guidance and suggestions, often taking strides that challenge his boundaries in a safe environment. Her impact is felt within our home on a daily basis and we look forward to her visits each week.

I reached out in desperation after my then four year old son had had a few multi hour screaming tantrums that left me in tears and at a loss for how to parent him. He struggles with emotional regulation, impulse control, and is hyper verbal and active. He does not have an ADHD diagnosis, however but many signs point to that as his neurodiversity. We started seeing Jackie weekly, seven months ago, both my son and I together in the sessions with her, for us to all learn tools, together. Jackie was and continues to observe how he and I interact which remains very helpful.

Jackie has patience unlike any other human I believe I have ever met, and I am a clinical social worker by profession! She calmly, gently and strategically worked to build rapport and trust with my son while assessing, playing and finding the path to more and more of him/his whole self. She role models a huge range of how to respond and engage with defiant, resistant and avoidant behaviors while also noticing repetitions of successes and less helpful interventions/tools. She's extremely warm, genuine, kind and playful with my son and exudes a real love for the kids she supports.

I highly recommend and have recommended her to other parents I know whose children are very similar to my son in addition to other types of issues that often are associated with Autism, ADHD and/or sensory processing struggles. She is an expert in her field and is very integrative with the family as a system which I think is key when navigating children with learning, cognitive or behavioral differences. Our family is very grateful to her care, teaching and tools and my son is definitely improving as we gear up for kindergarten. Jackie is ready and willing to engage with his school to more fully create and participate in the scaffolding he will need with this transition and I feel more prepared, myself. She has taught both my son and I a whole different and new way to problem solve and attend to his needs for which we are both grateful.

I believe there are Earth Stewards who come into our lives at the exact moment they are called to do so. Jackie is excellent! She embodies expertise, love, kindness, patience, and empathy. We consider what she has done for our family as a living miracle, because we know our son would be having a very different experience without her guidance. The true test for us has been to witness our sons transformation over the past year and a half. We know without a doubt she was the right person to take this journey with, and we recommend her highly.

We feel so fortunate to have found Jacqueline to help our son with his handwriting. She come to our house or met our son in a nearby park and kept him engaged and happy the entire time. She has such a calm and nurturing presence and is just a lovely person. Our son's handwriting improved exponentially
and his teachers commented and praised him. Thank you Jacqueline!!

We were referred to Jackie through our family therapist. We were unsure of how she could help our son with his anxiety but wanted to do everything possible for him. Within the first few minutes of meeting her I knew we had made the right decision. She has such a calm and welcoming personality and we felt immediately at ease, including our son who normally takes time to "warm up" to new people. Jackie explained how the sessions would work and we were so impressed with her in depth knowledge of how it works inside his body. She explained it in a way that I could make sense of it even I didn't fully understand. Jackie is also an incredible listener, not just with our son but, with us during our Parent Meetings. We absolutely appreciated her willingness to include us and show us how our efforts at home help our son in his life at school and in the world. She is incredibly kind, gracious and an amazing resource for us. We are so grateful to have her expertise!

Our son is kind, funny, smart and also has anxiety that can at times be debilitating. As he was nearing the transition to middle school from elementary his family therapist suggested that OT would be a way for him to learn how to manage his anxiety. Our son immediately felt comfortable with Jackie and as he worked through his anxiety, she gently followed and guided at the same time. He would look forward to seeing her every week and even requested extended times, even as the dark and cold of winter approached. Within a handful of sessions, anxiety regulation was improving and he was communicating his feelings and needs more effectively. It was like a gift! His SSP sessions has turned so much around for him and we are so grateful! As we continue on this with him, we know that it will help him unveil the strong person he is while allowing him to have the sensitivity that makes him such a light in this world. We cannot thank Jackie enough for all that she has done and for all that she means to our family!

Jackie is magical. She provided parent coaching for me with my eight year old while I was nearing the end of my pregnancy with my second child. Jackie's approach is flexible, supportive, forgiving, and sustainable. Through self-exploration, strategies, and tools, she helped me as I prepared for the enormous transition of parenting one child to two. I left each session feeling embodied and empowered. I continuously notice significant positive shifts in the ways I am connecting with my children that are inspired by Jackie's gentle guidance.

Jackie's work with my boys has been absolutely instrumental to their growth and development. Her gentle and respectful style of connecting with my boys created a strong rapport from the start, and they always look forward to their time with her. As a parent, she has acted as a resource of support, ideas, and guidance during occupational and behavioral challenges. She is incredibly responsive, flexible, and communicative. When my boys were first recommended for Occupational Therapy, I didn't know what to expect. Now, it is difficult to imagine what our children's and family's life would be like without Jackie's  support and guidance. She brings new ideas and activities to each session, balancing skill building with play and fun. She has addressed a range of challenges from occupational to behavioral and always sought to get to know our children as individuals and whole beings. Our boys can identify and communicate their emotions and needs in a way that their older sibling (who did not receive OT) can still struggle with. We are forever grateful for the skills that Jackie is teaching our children, as well as us as parents. She is a true light in our lives.

I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough for her incredible work. She worked with our daughter on her food journey, and the transformation has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment Jackie entered our home, she met our daughter exactly where she was. She prioritized building genuine trust and took the time necessary to make her feel safe and seen.

Our daughter has absorbed so much—not just about nutrition, but practical tools and a completely new way to look at food. This experience has made a profound difference for our entire family. Because of Jackie’s expertise and patient approach, I feel so much more confident in my daughter’s future with healthy eating. She truly has a gift for this work.

Parent to a
Neurodiverse Child

I cannot recommend Jackie strongly enough! We were really struggling with supporting our daughter's dysregulation around 9 months, and it was affecting both her (and our!) sleep and her ability to enjoy wake-time play and activities. Jackie is gentle, attentive, a fantastic listener, and generous with her knowledge and resources. Watching her interact with my daughter was a treasure - she knows just how to engage little ones on their own plane, and I learned a lot about how to find and hold on to meaningful engagement amidst dysregulation.

With a focus on sensory integration and a background in DIR, she was very quickly able to identify portions of my daughter's experience that were difficult for me to see, and that were making it difficult for her to navigate her little world with calm and felt safety. Jackie introduced many sensory integration techniques and systems that worked for us - which at such a young age has been foundational in supporting my daughter's development and opening doors to other possibilities with better sleep and regulation.
